December Library class

Hi to all! Sorry I have not been posting but since I got my new computer I can't figure how to upload pictures. :( I will admit I gave up but I have been feeling so guilty about it that I am back to keep trying until I learn how to do it. I still don't have a scanner and that is how I did it before. I uploaded this on from Picasa BUT I can't figure how I got this one to picasa and none of my others.
Keep checking back because one of my New Year to dos is get back to blogging. Ok I'm off to take more pics and try posting again!

Oct. Library Class

The spider is made with a York peppermint patty. The card holds a bookmark in the pocket. For the bookmark stampers had a choice of using a template to create backgrounds to stamp leaves in to or just sponging the background for the leaves. Most of them tried the template, made from a Curly Label punch, and if they didn't like the results they just blended it in using sponges.

Ok I'm going crazy. I keep trying to put my pics on the computer but then I can't find all of them. I really miss just scanning my cards and then posting them on the blog. Ok back to looking for them. have a great day everyone!

Sorry some how this pic never made it in with the Sept Club pics.

Sept. StampNchat club

I wish I could give credit to to person that created this Matchbook gift card holder but all that info is on my dead computer :( sorry

The candy holders are a great thing to make for your special trick or treaters. The card had a choice of adding the faces or not. i like to show that simple changes can make a big difference.
Have a great day I hope to post again soon...I'm starting to learn how to post with my new computer and no scanner.

Playing with my daughter & her friends

Cassie & her friendsmade these after seeing some pics of what other stampers have done. I love the spider done with a flat sucker so the stick looks like its comming down a web.

I hope to post sooner next time. I'm still learning how to use the Windows Vista. I down loaded pics of the camera 3x. After I down loaded them I couldn't find them on the computer so I could post. I still can't attach my pics to an e-mail:( I can't even cut and past them! uggghh. have a great day ...I'm going to try a 2nd post.

Hunt Country Festival

I was a vendor at the festival over the weekend. My sister Annette helped me. It was so relaxing and I enjoyed spending the time her. The weather was cloudy and a little chilly but the turn out was good...even though the sales were low. It was a learning experience and we had fun making plans for future craft shows. Here is some pics of our booth.

All of the wooden stuff was made by my Dad, Annette made all the sewn things and my kids and I made the rest.

Hello, Sorry for note posting but my computer crashed just over 3 weeks ago and I just got a new one =) I have to help my Dad this weekend but I plan on posting Monday. We will be selling my Dad's wood crafts at Hunt Country Winery Saturday and Sunday. So if your in the Finger Lakes, NY, near Keuka Lake stop at the Festival and try some of the wonderful wines they make. No I'm not a wine drinker but I use them for cooking and serving to my guests, since the winery is only about a mile from my house and they have fabulous wine. Enjoy your weekend

Doing Better

Sorry I haven't posted anything for a while. One of my Doctors decided to try some sort of nerve block into my spine to try and help the consent pain in my left arm and well it made it worse. I was suppose to have a series of three injections in a 6 week time. After the 1st injection my pain and use of my arm had gotten worse. He decided to do the 2nd injection a little farther down my spine and it didn't help. Anyway I'm starting to get adjusted to the new complications and as soon as I get the household under control I will do my best to post at least 3 times a week again. Looking forward to stamping again, its been a long several weeks!
